What we hand over, we hold up
An instrument drifts with time and use. So does software: dependencies change, models change, content changes, the business changes.
Terms
- Model
- Monthly fee with a set number of hours included.
- Lock-in
- None. Cancel with thirty days' notice.
- Extras
- Hours beyond the allowance are flagged before, never after.
Most digital projects do not fail on delivery day. They fail six months later, when nobody has looked at them since: a site that no longer says what the company does, an assistant answering with last season's data, a dependency with a vulnerability open since March.
Maintenance is not insurance you pay just in case. It is the part of the work that keeps the rest worth having.
What it covers
Changes and improvements, month by month, with agreed hours. Unused hours do not roll over, and we flag it before they run out.
Dependencies, versions and security kept current — where risk accumulates quietly.
What we built, measuring itself: usage, performance and what is actually working. With a report, not a feeling.
Your team, on its own. Able to run it and keep it without depending on us. That is the goal, not an extra.
What we hand over
- A monthly report of what was done, what was measured and what is next.
- One person who knows your project, not a ticket in a queue.
- Ongoing team training, included.
- The option to leave whenever you like, with everything in your hands.
What people ask us
- What does maintenance include, and is there a minimum term?
- A monthly fee with a set number of hours included, plus updates, security, measurement and a report. Minimum term: none — thirty days' notice and it stops. Hours above the fee are flagged before they are spent, never after.
- How do we know the AI system is still working properly?
- Because it is measured. An AI system degrades quietly when the data, the provider or the model changes, and without continuous evaluation nobody notices until a customer complains. The monthly report says what share it gets right and what it gets wrong.
- What if we want to take it in-house?
- That is the stated goal, not a problem. Training your team is included and the documentation is written so somebody else can follow it. When a client walks away with everything and no longer needs us, the job went well.
