Almost no brief starts from nothing. Some processes work, others survive on spreadsheets, the brand was made years ago and the team already has its own way of doing things. Tuning means understanding all of that before proposing anything.
An orchestra tunes to A — 440 Hz — before it starts. That is not a formality: it is what makes everything sound together afterwards. The same applies here. This movement produces an agreed reference note, and everything built after is measured against it.

- How much does an AI and digitalisation audit cost?
- The price is fixed before we start and quoted in the first conversation, once we know the size of the company and the scope. We never bill open hours: if the diagnosis takes longer, that is on us.
- Do we have to hire you to carry out the plan?
- No. The report and the plan are yours, and they can be executed by your own team or by another supplier. It is written that way on purpose: a diagnosis that only works if the author executes it is not a diagnosis, it is a quote in disguise.
- We have already started with AI on our own. Is it still useful?
- More so. The common situation in 2026 is not having done nothing: it is three half-finished pilots, nobody measuring whether they get things right, and a monthly bill nobody can explain. There the diagnosis is about deciding what stays, what goes, and what you need to be able to prove under the European AI regulation.
